Complete CE Course Package (15-hour)

This CE course package fulfills the full 15 hours of the Pennsylvania Real Estate Commission's continuing education requirement for 2011-2012 and prepares students for continued practice in Pennsylvania's changing real estate market. Students who complete the courses will receive credit towards their CE requirements.

This package consists of the following courses:

• 1031 Exchanges (3 hours)
• Fair Housing (3 hours)
• Property Management and Managing Risk (3 hours)
• Introduction to Commercial Real Estate Sales (3 hours)
• Applied Real Estate Policy for Licensees (3 hours)

License Renewal

All active and inactive licensed real estate salespersons and brokers are required to complete 14 hours of continuing education which includes a final exam every two years. Every licensee must pass the final exam to successfully complete their CE requirements. The renewal date is determined by the date of licensure. The renewal notice and license can be checked to determine the license expiration date. Licensees must renew prior to their license expiration date. (A post licensure course is required prior to the first license renewal.)

Reporting of Credit

We are notified of your course completion when you complete the course survey. Course completions are periodically processed in batches during which we will notify the Pennsylvania Real Estate Commission of your completion. You will be sent an automated email as soon as your Course Completion Certificate is issued and credit has been reported.
