Introduction to Commercial Real Estate
This course fulfills 3 hours of the Pennsylvania Real Estate Commission's continuing education requirement and prepares students for continued practice in Pennsylvania's changing real estate market. Students who complete the course will receive credit towards their CE requirements.

All active and inactive licensed real estate salespersons and brokers are required to complete 14 hours of continuing education which includes a final exam every two years. Every licensee must pass the final exam to successfully complete their CE requirements. The renewal date is determined by the date of licensure. The renewal notice and license can be checked to determine the license expiration date. Licensees must renew prior to their license expiration date. (A post licensure course is required prior to the first license renewal.)
